Established in 2017 after more than a decade of hosting experience and a love for travel, we focus on personal care, honest communication, and relaxed, home-like stays.

Luciano place was amazing. 1 block from all restaurants and bars and the place faces the pool so you dont hear any noise. The condo was clean and spacious for 5 people. It has everything you need from coffee, sugar, oil and salt/pepper. It comes with all kitchen appliances and dishes. There is a washer/dryer that worked great and was very convenient to wash our clothes to go home and dry our towels.
Good bath towels and nice big beach towels for all of us. Beds were comfortable and enough pillows for us all. The TV comes with Amazon prime, Disney plus and Netflix etc. Just sign into your account. Air Conditioning was perfect. We had a parking space for our vehicle close to the door which was perfect for my disabled father. There isnt an elevator however, the one flight of stairs isnt steep and has wide stairs so it was still easy to access. The pool was beautiful and clean. We would definitely return to this place. Luciano answered quickly with any questions. Thanks so much!
The appartment is the perfect location for a great vacation in PdC. Its perfectly located (close to the beach, restaurants, Supermarktes - everything is in walking distance). The appartment was well equiped and clean. The common area was also super clean. I felt very confortable and safe. Thank you for making my vacation perfect!
The apartment is very centrally located, you can walk to everything. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. There are beach toys for the kids. The apartment is nice, clean, and sufficiently large. We felt very comfortable there. Thank you for everything!
Luciano and his property managers including the staff at the building were excellent before, during and after our 10 days stay at their nice appartment which is located at the perfect spot in Playacar. The location was very good,it was close to almost everything so we was in a walking distance of everything.
The apartment itself was pretty nice and relaxing every night. We also had the chance to wash our clothes at this apartment in our own laundry machine. Luciano was very pending for any question we may had, and help us with our arrival transportation.

We stayed at place for 2 months. Place was amazing, location supreme and host THE BEST. Any problems, needs or inquiries were approached immediately and solved instantly. Highlight was staying without internet one morning ( we did work remotely) as soon as we reported it, IT technician showed up ( literally in 20 min) and solved problem on spot. Amazing. Being away from home and feeling as you are at home is not easy to accomplish....Luciano thanks for making a home away from home.
Beautiful apartment, close to everything, 1 block from 5th Avenue, very quiet place, you can walk to the beach.
Luciano is an excellent host, he responds to all inquiries, and Claudia, his administrator, helped us at all times, we really felt at home. The apartment is very close to Coco Bongo, but you can't hear any noise, so you can sleep peacefully. We're leaving happy, with such a nice vacation, thanks Luciano, thanks Claudia🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰.

Can not say enough about how much I loved this place. Perfect location. Close to the action but incredibly quiet. The property is so very well maintained. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. Grocery shopping is so close as is the Ado bus station. I would absolutely stay here again.
The property was very clean, super comfortable, and in a fantastic location in Playa, close to everything yet still quiet. Communication with Luciano was excellent throughout, he was responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again!
We had a wonderful stay in Luciano's home. Convenient to the beach and 5th ave. the whole complex is very well designed with a beautiful pool and fountain wall, well shaded when we took a break from the beach. The condo is spacious with everything we needed. Definitely try the taco place on the corner of 12 Norte and 10 ave! We only discovered it our last night and it was delicious!

Awesome place! We will definitely be back. It was my first Airbnb and Luciano met all our expectations. The communication was outstanding from Luciano, even up until arrival and his property manager Marco took over from there and made sure we were all settled in. Location,location, location!! Walking distance from so much! You and your family/friends will enjoy.
My husband, my son, and myself were looking for a place to stay for a couple of months while we explored Playa Del Carmen. Luciano’s place was perfect. It was close to the beach, great restaurants, what became our local coffee shop and Pilates studio, and to the Palacio Municipal where our son played with other children regularly.
Despite being in the heart of it all, it was relatively quiet. The place had everything we needed. Luciano was incredibly responsive and offered great suggestions for our adventures. When we ran into an issue with the air conditioner and the TV box, his property management slides the issues immediately. We plan on returning again next summer.
We had a great long term stay at Luciano’s place. Despite Hurricane Grace, our family of four was able to work and attend school virtually due to the strong wifi. Property manager Isabel was kind and responsive to our needs. The place has all the kitchen and home supplies needed to ease right in. Nightlife of Playa at your doorstep but you can’t hear it from the apartment. Highly recommend a stay here! Perfect home base to explore the area.
LOCATION! Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The place was clean and well equipped. I enjoyed that they offer a parking space. It allowed us to rent a car and enjoy the local day trips. The pool and staff were wonderful. Safe and security! Super family environment. I will definitely stay here again!
We had a great experience spending 4 nights at Luciano's condo. It is a very nice place with everything you need to feel at home. Everything is walking distance from this condo. 5th avenue is only about a block away. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described. The wifi was decent speed. Check in went smoothly and Luciano is very helpful and will answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend staying at playa kaan.
Great stay in the heart of playa. We stayed as a young family for almost two weeks. Great host, central location but still amazingly quiet. Would recommend for anyone who wants to be in walking distance to central Playa but wants a quiet, clean retreat and the end of the day.
Luciano is an exceptional host and his Vimex manager is just as exceptional. The accommodation is large, well lit and above all well-equipped. The location is ideal and the inner garden and pool are great. The fruit basket and beers were much appreciated upon arrival!😊 Many thanks Luciano!
